Event team & bartenders
The team on the day
EMBER's event team is made up of experienced waiters, chefs and bartenders from Copenhagen's gastronomy and cocktail scene. We assemble the team per event, so you meet people who know what they're doing — and have delivered events of similar scale many times before.
Our cocktail courses are led by bartenders with backgrounds from acclaimed Copenhagen cocktail bars. They make drinks for a living — not entertainers who learned three tricks. The difference shows in the quality of the workshop.
