How many guests does Signature accommodate?

Signature is optimised for 25-90 guests in formal setup. In reception layout up to 110 guests.

What is Ember Social Dining?

Social Dining is EMBER's signature format: three courses around the table, where food is shared and the conversation flows. A modern approach to corporate dinners, weddings or birthday celebrations where the meal itself becomes the experience.

Can the menu be customised?

Yes. We compose the menu with you based on the occasion, season, allergens and special wishes. All three courses can be curated to your preferences.

Is there a minimum guest count?

Yes, minimum 25 guests on the Signature package.
