Cookie policy
Last updated: 8 May 2026
embercph.dk uses cookies to make the website work properly and to understand how visitors use it. This policy explains which cookies we use and how to manage your consent.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser when you visit a website. Cookies are used for many purposes — from remembering your preferences to measuring visit statistics.
Which cookies do we use?
Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be opted out of.
- ember_consent — stores your cookie consent. Expires after 12 months.
- PHPSESSID — session cookie for the contact form. Expires when browser closes.
Statistics cookies
These cookies help us understand how EMBER is used. Set only with consent.
- _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics 4) — anonymised audience and behaviour data. Expires after 24 months.
- _clck, _clsk (Microsoft Clarity) — heatmaps and session recordings. Anonymised. Expires after 12 months.
Marketing cookies
EMBER doesn't use marketing cookies at the moment. If we add them (e.g. Meta Pixel for campaigns), we'll update this policy first.
How do you manage your consent?
The first time you visit embercph.dk a consent banner appears at the bottom of the screen. Here you can choose:
- Accept all — all cookies including statistics are activated.
- Only necessary — only the strictly necessary cookies are activated.
Your choice is stored for 12 months. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the ember_consent cookie in your browser — the banner will reappear at your next visit.
Browser settings
You can always manage or delete cookies directly in your browser:
