Questions about cocktail course

How long is a cocktail course?

A cocktail course at EMBER lasts two hours from welcome to winner award. It can be extended or integrated as part of a longer corporate evening.

How many can participate?

We optimise the format for 8-30 participants. Larger groups can be split into rotating teams if you want to keep the interactive format.

What if some guests don't drink alcohol?

We have a full mocktail programme — non-alcoholic guests get the same experience, just with refined mocktails. No second-class treatment.

Can the cocktail course be combined with dinner?

Yes. The most popular combination is cocktail course (typically 16:00-18:00) followed by Ember Social Dining (typically 18:00-21:00). The evening flows naturally from team building to shared dinner.
