EMBER is designed for weddings where you want everything at one address. The ceremony can take place at the venue (or at City Hall, 5 minutes away), the reception and dinner flow naturally onward, and the party ends behind the black gates with late-night bites and lounge.

No buses between locations, no logistics about where guests need to move next. Just you, your family and friends — in a private venue tailored to your day from start to finish.

Questions about weddings at EMBER

How much does a wedding at EMBER cost?

Our Signature wedding package starts at DKK 1,199 per person and includes exclusive venue, welcome drink, Ember Social Dining (3 courses), beer/wine pairing, open bar, signature cocktails for 2 hours, late-night bites, staff and final cleaning. Final pricing depends on guest count and add-ons (live music, decoration, extended late night).

Can we get married at the venue?

Yes, we can set up the venue for an intimate civil ceremony. Alternatively, you can be married at Copenhagen City Hall (10 minutes away) and arrive at EMBER for the reception.

How many wedding guests can EMBER accommodate?

EMBER is optimised for 25-120 wedding guests depending on setup. Intimate weddings 25-50, classic dinners 50-90, larger parties with dance floor up to 120.

Can the menu accommodate dietary requirements?

Yes. The Social Dining menu can be adjusted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergens and religious considerations. We compose the menu with you based on season and guest needs.

What hotels do you recommend for travelling guests?

Hotel d'Angleterre, Imperial Hotel and Skt. Petri are all 5-10 minutes away. We can advise on hotel arrangements for larger weddings.

How late can the party last?

EMBER has permits to host guests until 02:00 on weekends. Late-night bites and bar typically serve from 23:00.
