Questions about receptions at EMBER

How much does a reception cost?

After Work package fits most receptions and starts at DKK 495 per person. Includes exclusive venue, welcome cocktail, snacks, open bar in beer/wine/water from 2 hours, lounge zone and event team. Add-ons like signature cocktail or finger food added as needed.

How many guests?

EMBER is optimised for 90-110 standing reception guests. Open room with flow format up to 120.

Can we have keynotes/speakers?

Yes, we have full AV package (PA, microphones, projector) for keynotes, talks or product demos.

How late can the reception last?

Typical receptions last 2-4 hours. EMBER's permits allow guests until 02:00 weekends, midnight weekdays — so receptions can extend into dinner or party.

Can we combine reception with dinner?

Yes, popular combination. Reception opens the evening (17-19), followed by Ember Social Dining (19-22) for selected guests or the full group.
