Press & influencer reception

Standing reception with welcome cocktail, canapés and curated stations throughout the venue. Capacity 90-110 in flow format. Optimal for editorial / SoMe coverage.

Launch event with talks

Classic launch format: keynotes, product demo and Q&A. Full AV package (PA, microphones, projector). Stage/sound for both intimate setup (50 guests) and full auditorium (120).

Brand experience

The whole venue becomes a brand universe — branded bar, signature cocktail with your product, photo wall, custom decoration and curated music. We work with your agency or deliver end-to-end.

Questions about product launches

How many guests for a product launch?

EMBER is optimised for 50-120 guests at launches. Standing reception 90-110, talks/keynote setup 70-100, intimate launch 50-70.

What AV equipment is included?

Standard includes sound system (PA + 2 wireless microphones), projector and screen, plus business-grade WiFi. Extra microphones, stage, smoke machine, additional projectors or specialised AV can be added.

Can the venue be branded with our logo and decoration?

Yes. The whole venue is yours for the day — branding, displays, brand takeover all welcome. We're happy to coordinate with your agency.

Can the venue be live-streamed?

Yes, we have hybrid event experience and can offer live streaming through partners. Brief us 4 weeks ahead so we can secure bandwidth and equipment.

How far in advance should we book?

For larger launches we recommend 2-3 months minimum. Smaller receptions can often be booked 3-6 weeks ahead.

Do you help with PR or press invitations?

We deliver the venue and experience — you or your agency handles PR. We have experience with journalist receptions and can advise on practical details (timing, capacity, flow).
