We've built a 230 m² boutique venue in the heart of central Copenhagen — just you behind the black gates. No public guests, no interruptions. The evening flows from welcome and dinner to lounge, bar and late night without breaks.

Food & drinks

Welcome drink, Ember Social Dining (3 courses), beer and wine pairing, open bar in beer, wine & water, plus selected signature cocktails.

Staff & setup

Event team, bartenders, setup, final cleaning, sound system and lounge area with entertainment. You just show up — we handle the rest.

Questions about corporate events at EMBER

How much does a corporate event cost?

Our Signature package starts at DKK 1,199 per person and includes exclusive venue, welcome drink, Ember Social Dining (3 courses), beer/wine pairing, open bar, signature cocktails for 2 hours, staff and final cleaning. Smaller corporate events can use the After Work package from DKK 495 per person.

How many guests can attend?

EMBER is optimised for 25-120 guests depending on setup. Formal dinners with long tables 70-90, receptions 90-110, open room with dance floor up to 120. Minimum 25 guests on the Signature package.

Where is EMBER located?

EMBER is at Adelgade 11, 1304 Copenhagen K — five minutes from Kongens Nytorv. Central in Indre By with excellent public transport (Metro, bus, train) and walking distance to hotels for travelling colleagues.

Can the menu accommodate dietary requirements?

Yes. The Social Dining menu can be adjusted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary needs. Tell us about your guests' requirements in good time.

How far in advance should we book?

Summer parties (June-August): 3-6 months. Christmas parties (December): 6-9 months — popular weekends are sold out from September. Other dates can typically be booked 3-6 weeks ahead.
