The classic Danish julefrokost has had an upgrade. EMBER combines a modern dinner experience with classic Christmas dishes, great wines and signature cocktails. The whole venue is yours — just you and your colleagues in a setting where the mood naturally rises from dinner to lounge to late night.

What is "julefrokost"? It's the Danish company Christmas party — a six-hour evening that's part dinner, part bar, part dance floor. EMBER's package covers it end to end: exclusive venue, welcome cocktails, a modern Christmas dinner as social dining, open bar in beer, wine and water, signature cocktails, late-night bites and full service.

A six-hour experience

17:00 — Welcome & first service. Cocktails, wine and small bites in the bar area.
18:00 — Dinner experience. Modern Christmas dinner as social dining with three courses.
20:00 — Cocktails & lounge. The bar takes over with signature cocktails.
21:00 — Entertainment (optional). Live music, DJ, talks, quiz or other curated elements.
23:00 — Late-night bites & bar. Cocktails, late-night food, intimate finish.

How much does a julefrokost cost?

The Christmas party package starts at DKK 1,299 per person and includes welcome drink, modern Christmas dinner as social dining (3 courses), beer/wine pairing, open bar, signature cocktails, late-night bites, staff, setup and final cleaning.

When should we book?

Popular dates (first and second weekend of December) are typically sold out from September. We recommend 6-9 months in advance.

How many guests?

EMBER accommodates 25-120 Christmas party guests depending on setup. Minimum 25 on the package. Maximum 120 in open-room layout.

Can the menu be adapted for dietary requirements?

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other adjustments are standard. Tell us 7+ days before the event.

Is there entertainment?

The standard package includes sound system and lounge area. Live music, DJ, Christmas quiz and other entertainment can be added from 21:00.

How far is EMBER from Kongens Nytorv?

Five minutes on foot. The Metro at Kongens Nytorv connects directly to Copenhagen Airport (16 minutes) and Central Station (12 minutes).
